Can non-presenting participants join the conference? Yes! While we prioritize presenters for housing and certain activities, non-presenting participants can still engage in discussions, network with peers and professionals, and gain valuable insights into leadership and innovation.

Is housing provided during the conference? We offer limited on-campus housing at Keystone for student presenters, prioritized to ensure they can fully focus on their contributions. Non-presenting participants may apply for housing, but requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend submitting your registration early to secure accommodations.

What if my project has very little impact currently?  If your project is still at the starting stage, while applying, you simply need to explain how you envision your project’s ability and potential to expand looks like and this is a key area we will target during the conference if selected.

What if I want to be a student participant but my project isn’t mature enough?   We will prioritize student participants with projects but if you have an idea in mind, you can still sign up with details on a detailed envisioning of a project you have in mind, an action plan, and what you will do specifically to make this into a realistic and impactful project in reality over the long-run utilizing the resources this conference will equip you with. If your project follows our guidelines enlisted in previous sections, is innovative, realistic and relevant, we may accept your sign up.

Are there any limitations in terms of project type that will count against me during sign ups?  There are essentially no limits that will disqualify a participant regarding projects and topics as long as they align with our enlisted guidelines.

What if I want to participate as a parent or teacher and none of the roles enlisted are suitable?  The conference welcomes educators and parents of the youth leaders participating at the event. Educators are required to complete an individual registration form. Parents, please ensure your name is included when your student submits their registration or proposal form.
