In this interactive session, participants will work together to identify real-world problems and propose innovative solutions. Through collaborative brainstorming and discussion, students will develop actionable strategies to address global issues, from climate change to digital transformation. This session empowers young leaders to think critically, act creatively, and drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

10:45 AM – 11:30 AM:

Skill-Building Clinics 

Led by IGS Keystone program Instructors, this hands-on session is designed to equip high school students with practical tools for success. Learn resume-building tips to craft impactful resumes that showcase leadership, community engagement, and personal achievements. Dive into leadership development workshops focused on team building, effective communication, and problem-solving strategies. Whether preparing for future opportunities or enhancing current skills, this session provides valuable insights to empower participants for their next steps.

Interactive Session: “Global Youth Trends: Opportunities and Challenges”

Capstone Workshop: “Blueprint for Impact: Creating Your Leadership Action Plan”

In this collaborative workshop, students will design actionable leadership plans to drive change in the coming year. This session provides an opportunity to connect with collaborators, teammates, and community partners who share your vision. Translate your goals into a clear, practical roadmap for growth, and take the first steps toward impactful leadership. Let’s work together to turn ideas into action!

Breakfast Roundtables: Leadership Topics in Focus

​Start the day with a purposeful breakfast! Join themed table discussions on critical topics such as mental health in leadership and sustainable development. Guided prompts will encourage students to share strategies for practicing sustainable leadership, managing stress, and balancing responsibilities as student leaders. This collaborative session offers a chance to exchange ideas, learn from peers, and build a stronger foundation for impactful leadership. Fuel up for the day while fueling your mind!

- IDG: Thinking - Critical thinking 

12:45 PM – 2:00 PM:

Award Luncheon and Closing Ceremony

  • Recognition of outstanding student projects and presentations.

  • Inspirational closing speech by Professor Alice Plane. Professor Alice Plane focuses on the various stakes that climate change poses to the planet’s ecosystems, including human societies, with a specific perspective on equity. She has worked in France, Madagascar and Afghanistan, assuming roles as a humanitarian and aid program officer, consultant, diplomat for France and for the EU. From 2016 to 2020, she headed the Climate unit within the French ministry of Foreign Affairs, coordinating international climate negotiations for France. She served as an expert reviewer for the International Panel on Climate Change's latest special reports and its 6th assessment review (2021-2022).
